So what’s the latest you ask?

I wish I knew. I was shooting to open July 15, but that looks like it is going to be very difficult. Not my fault though. The feds, the city, the vendors, the POS….these things are tough to deal with. They may delay me a bit. I can say we will be open before the end of the month. (we better be!) We may not have our own beer on tap right away (the feds are the toughest) but it will still be the best place to get a beer in St Charles! Keep checking back. I promise I will be updating this site more often once things slow down a bit with construction. I’m averaging 15 hour days right now trying to get this place open. I’m really excited to see this place open! Have you guys done any hiring for bartenders or wait staff yet? If not, I’d love to know when you think you might be doing so! Thanks

Hi, I have a buddy of mine that brews is own beer and we are always exited to visit new places for custom beer.

For sure you’ll be the best place in STC to get a beer! As long as its not one of those water downed wanna be beers! lol. whats St.Louise’s most know beer and a canoe have in common? Nothing! your still surrounded by water!!! Congrats on Saint Charles first micro, man you broke the mold! I wish you a long shelf life and plenty of loyal costumers. after the piano bar closed down there was no place to go. All I can say is this “will work for beer” I don’t know you and I already love you!
